As a valued customer, we want your shopping experience with us to be a great one. If you are unsatisfied with one of our items you have purchased for any reason, you are free to return the item to us.
If you choose to return an item to us, you will have 30 days from the date of purchase in which to do so. The item will need to be returned in the same condition as when it was purchased. We understand that you are purchasing items which have been slightly used prior to sale; therefore, any identifiable defects will be noted at the time of your purchase, and the returned item must bear no additional defects than when purchased, in a condition which it can be resold. If the item bears additional defects or damage, we will be unable to accept the return. Proof of purchase must accompany any returned item.
The amount for which the returned item was purchased will be fully credited to you for store credit ONLY. The store credit will not bear an expiration date. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser(s) to make necessary arrangements to provide delivery of the item to the store. If the item was purchased on line and shipped outside of the local business area, all shipping charges for the return will be borne by the purchaser.
